Terms and Conditions

  1. New customers are required to complete the new customer’s application providing their company information, reseller permit number, tax ID, contact information, address, trade references, etc., provide a copy of their Reseller Permit and valid/current credit card information.
  2. Only credit card payments are accepted. Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
  3. Defective merchandise and short shipments must be reported to GoDirectInc.com within 2 business days upon receipt.
  4. Customers must obtain a GoDirectInc.com RMA number in order to accept the return.
  5. Once the RMA number is issued, GoDirectingInc.com must receive returned merchandise within 12 business days.  
  6. Returns can take 1 week to process
  7. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item or a credit to your account will be issued.  If the same merchandise is out of stock, then a credit to your account will be issue and the credit will apply towards your next purchase. 
  8. Credits can only be used towards purchasing merchandise.
  9. GoDirectInc.com does not provide refunds.
  10. Customers are responsible for return shipping on defective merchandise and GoDirectInc.com will cover the shipping (shipping method will be at GoDirectingInc.com’s discretion) for the replacement(s).
  11. Customers are required to use a shipping method in which a tracking number can be obtained.  GoDirectingInc.com will not replace lost merchandise and is not responsible for lost merchandise.
  12. GoDirectingInc.com will accept non-defective return merchandise within 2 business days upon receipt of merchandise.  Customers must pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will apply.  Shipping will not be credited.
  13. In the event that a package is refused mistakenly, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping charges.
