Return Policy

We are only accepting defective merchandise as a return for either replacement or for a store credit if the item is discontinued. Customers must obtain a RMA number in order to accept the return. Once the RMA number is issued, must receive returned merchandise within 12 business days. Returns can take 1 week to process from the date that we have received your return package. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item or a credit to your account will be issued.  If the same merchandise is out of stock, then a credit to your account will be issue and the credit will apply towards your next purchase. Credits can only be used towards purchasing merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping on defective merchandise and will cover the shipping (shipping method will be at’s discretion) for the replacement(s). Customers are required to use a shipping method in which a tracking number can be obtained. will not replace lost merchandise and is not responsible for lost merchandise. will accept non-defective return merchandise within 2 business days upon receipt of merchandise.  Customers must pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will apply.  Shipping will not be credited. does not provide refunds.  There will only be store credit issued towards store purchases.


Go Direct, Inc. provides the following warranty for all products branded under the roocase or GearIT name. All other products whether unbranded or branded under a third party are warranted under the manufacturer’s warranty policy included with the product.

Limited Replacement Warranty

Go Direct, Inc. warranty obligations for the GearIT and/or roocase brand product(s) purchased by the end user (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Go Direct, Inc. warrants the Product against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of the lifetime or 18 months from the date of original retail purchase as noted with the product documentation. *If said Product does not meet the manufacturer defects guidelines; all sales are final.* Also note - if Product is found to be defective and a customer seeks a replacement within the first 30 days from purchase, the customer is advised to contact the reseller in which they purchased their Product for replacement product and/or credit.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Go Direct, Inc. within the Warranty Period, at its option, Go Direct, Inc. will repair the Product, exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product, or issue a credit. Go Direct, Inc. warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the returned Product becomes Go Direct, Inc.’s property. When a credit is given, the product becomes Go Direct, Inc.'s property.

Shipping and Handling

For all returned Go Direct, Inc. products, shipping to Go Direct, Inc. (both domestic and international customers) will be the responsibility of the sender. Please note - customers are required to use a shipping method in which a tracking number can be obtained. Go Direct, Inc. will not replace lost merchandise and is not responsible for lost merchandise. If said Product is indeed found to be defective under our guidelines, a replacement product will be sent to the customer free of charge. Shipping method will be at Go Direct, Inc.’s discretion.

Exclusions and Limitations

Go Direct, Inc.'s limited warranty applies only to the Product. The warranty does not apply to any non-Go Direct, Inc. product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Go Direct, Inc. product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.

No Other Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Go Direct, Inc. specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Go Direct, Inc. cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. *No Go Direct, Inc. reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.*

Damages Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Direct, Inc. is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the Go Direct, Inc. product.

Consumer Protection

For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, Go Direct, Inc. liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
